Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 28, 2026
By using the PadelGod app and services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
PadelGod is a platform operated by TRK WEB DESIGN SRL for padel and tennis players, offering matchmaking, tournaments, score keeping, a competitive ranking, a player profile and the ability to book physical services offered by independent clubs.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
- The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
- An account is personal; do not share it with other people.
3. Conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- break the law or violate the rights of other people;
- post abusive, illegal or misleading content;
- disrupt the operation of the platform or its security.
4. Pricing and payments
PadelGod remains completely free as an app: digital features such as score keeping, profile, social features, history, ranking and tournaments are available without a subscription or in-app purchase.
A court booking may have a price set by the club. That payment purchases a physical service provided at the club, not PadelGod digital content or functionality. The total price, provider and applicable conditions are displayed before payment.
5. Club bookings and payments
PadelGod facilitates court bookings offered by independent clubs.
- The club identified before payment is the provider of the physical service and the merchant in its relationship with the player.
- The price, currency, court, time slot and cancellation/refund policy are displayed before payment is confirmed.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe, including Apple Pay, Google Pay or card; PadelGod does not store full card details.
- A booking is confirmed only after technical payment confirmation. A refund follows the policy shown when booking and the circumstances of the cancellation.
6. Competitive ranking
- Only Ranked matches in which all players have a PadelGod account and all confirm the score in the app count toward the ranking. Confirming a score means that you declare the result to be real.
- The rating and tier are calculated automatically from confirmed results; your tier can be seen by other users in the ranking and on your public profile.
- Manipulating the ranking is prohibited: fake scores, fixed matches, multiple accounts or any other form of fraud. In such cases we may adjust or recalculate the affected ratings, remove matches from the ranking and suspend the accounts involved.
- The ranking is an evolving service: we may adjust how it is calculated to make it more fair, and recalibrations can change existing ratings and tiers.
7. User content
You keep the rights to your content (for example, name, photo), but you grant us permission to display it within the service, for the purpose of operating it.
8. Intellectual property
The app, the PadelGod brand, the design and the code belong to the operator and are protected by law.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. Playing sports is done at your own risk.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or endanger other users or the platform.
11. Fair play, reporting and restrictions
The community runs on respect and showing up. You can report a player from your matches, and we track conduct through a few objective signals:
- A fair-play score goes up when you play the matches you join, and down if you no-show or leave early without reason.
- Repeated no-shows or unsportsmanlike conduct can lead to graduated temporary restrictions (a warning, a temporary restriction, then an extended one).
- Serious conduct (aggression, harassment, unsafe play) can be reviewed and acted on as a priority, up to an account ban.
- Automatic actions need corroboration (several independent reports) or an admin review; a single report never bans an account on its own.
Any restriction can be appealed straight from the app (Settings › Safety), and the team re-reviews it within 24-48h. The reporter's identity stays private.
12. Changes
We may update the terms. Important changes will be announced in the app.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts in Romania.
14. ANPC and alternative dispute resolution
If you are a consumer in Romania, you can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): anpc.ro, including through the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism.
