Community guidelines

PadelGod brings real players together, on court and online. These rules apply to profiles, posts, messages, matches, tournaments and every interaction within the service.

1. Respect and safety

• Treat other players with respect, including when you disagree.
• Do not harass, threaten, intimidate or publish another person's private information.
• Do not post hate speech or sexually explicit, violent or illegal content.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

• spam, fraud, unsolicited advertising or deceptive links;
• impersonating someone else or deliberately false profile information;
• fake scores, fixed matches, multiple accounts or ranking manipulation;
• using the platform for illegal activity or to compromise service security.

3. Fair play on court

• Confirm real scores only and respect the result accepted by participants.
• Give reasonable notice when you can no longer attend a match.
• Do not behave aggressively, dangerously or in an unsportsmanlike way.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report content or players from the app and block users you no longer want to interact with. The reporter's identity is not disclosed to the reported user. For emergencies or immediate danger, contact the appropriate local services.

5. Moderation and appeals

We review reports in context, considering relevant history and severity. Measures are proportionate, while severe violations may require immediate action.

• a warning or content removal;
• temporary limits on specific features;
• account suspension or closure for severe or repeated violations;
• the right to appeal a restriction from the app or by email.
