    Account, sign-in and contact

    • Public contact and club-interest forms verify submissions and clearly report delivery.
    • Password recovery follows the same safe path across Web, Club and Admin.
    • HTTPS recovery links open the installed iPhone or Android app and can continue on the web.
    • After a password change, normal navigation stays blocked until old sessions are confirmed closed, including across restarts.
    • Linked sign-in methods can be viewed and managed from security settings.
    • “Continue with Face ID” is voluntarily available after an eligible session, with Apple, Google and email retained as fallbacks.
    • A new password must contain at least 8 characters and match its confirmation.
    • A reset link that no longer matches the current account is rejected, with guidance to request a new one.
    • Signing out, recovering the password or re-enrolling biometrics invalidates the previous local biometric credential.
    • Email sign-in handles focus and the keyboard correctly and remains readable in Light and Dark Mode.
    • Authentication forms focus the first invalid field and keep all actions reachable when the keyboard appears.
    • Expired web sessions recover without unnecessarily trapping sign-in or profile claiming.

    Matches, scoring and drafts

    • Manually entered scores explicitly preserve sets, tiebreaks and outcome across Web, iPhone and Android.
    • Android requires a valid completion before saving and protects the result from accidental confirmation.
    • Historical matches accept incomplete or unusual scores when that is the genuinely recorded result.
    • Deciding tiebreaks saved by older versions remain correctly displayed and interpreted.
    • The manual score form is shorter and infers the Friendly outcome when the score makes it clear.
    • Point intervals exclude paused time, so match pace is no longer artificially inflated.
    • A match-linked fitness session can be recovered and correctly assigned if saving is interrupted.
    • A new-match draft is preserved when the user accidentally leaves the editor.
    • Recovered drafts offer clear resume or discard actions without automatically overwriting new work.

    Tournaments

    • Discover distinguishes having no tournaments from filters that currently return no matches.
    • The public live page presents important actions in a clearer order.
    • The round timer uses the same states across public, TV and management views, including after expiry.
    • Participant order remains stable in the public roster after edits.
    • For fixed-team tournaments, the organiser creates a named team and explicitly selects its two members.
    • Team identity and its name survive editing, reordering and withdrawal.
    • Fixed-team round-robin scheduling treats pairs as units and avoids incorrect pairings.
    • A tournament score link allows full correction of its associated schedule and result.
    • Save and Back actions in the web editor have clearer visual hierarchy.

    Profile, history, streak and Apple Watch

    • On Android, profile photos can be cropped and repositioned before saving.
    • Android’s city selector uses search and verified selection instead of ambiguous free text.
    • Own and public profiles are more compact while keeping long names readable.
    • Public profiles show a loading skeleton and reveal sections together instead of filling blank areas in stages.
    • Public profiles provide direct access to player comparison.
    • A player’s public history can be expanded to show every available match.
    • History cards use stable width, explicit set labels and aligned score columns.
    • Mobile leaderboards use more compact selectors and no longer reserve empty space for inactive filters.
    • Streak Freeze is granted and consumed consistently, including the new eight-week reward cycle.
    • Mobile onboarding is a native bilingual nine-step flow that follows the system Light/Dark appearance.
    • Apple Health permission is requested only when the system says it is needed, and concurrent requests are coalesced.
    • On Watch, a fitness-only session has explicit stop, save and discard actions.
    • A match’s Apple Watch source is correctly identified in history and activity.
    • Watch transfers retry until acknowledged and cannot be assigned to a different account signed in later.

    Fitness, history and stability

    • Delayed Watch scores are accepted only for the account that started the match.
    • The iOS match report no longer crashes when it contains many statistics.
    • iOS history groups matches under Today, Yesterday and the date on which they started.
    • Existing matches remain visible during refresh, and a cancelled refresh does not show a false error.
    • Fitness Sessions has its own page outside match history and shows the number of pending Watch sessions.
    • The fitness inbox shows source, date, time, duration, heart rate and available calories.
    • A fitness session can be attached once to a compatible score from the same time window.
    • If no compatible score exists, Add Score opens with the session already selected.
    • A session that is not a match can be dismissed and removed from the action list.
    • Pending Watch sessions explain whether they are waiting for Health or connectivity and confirm that local data has not been lost.
    • Android reads 30 days by default, can extend to 90 with permission, and explains when Health Connect is missing or needs an update.
    • iOS sessions are explicitly separated into PadelGod Watch with score, PadelGod Watch fitness-only and Apple Health.
    • When origin cannot be proven, the session remains Unconfirmed source and is not automatically assigned to PadelGod or Apple Health.
    • The privacy page explains which Health Connect data is read, why it is used and how it is retained.

    PGR, claiming and notifications

    • Men, Women and Mixed competitive ladders are fully separate.
    • Overall skill remains a cautious general estimate and does not determine a public ladder position.
    • PGR is presented from 1.0 to 7.0 in 0.1 steps, with calibration progress for the selected context.
    • The selected Ranked category is separate from the optional profile gender.
    • Eligible mixed matches contribute to PGR, while each player appears in only one selected leaderboard.
    • Calibration explains the minimum match requirement separately from the period in which the rating is still stabilizing.
    • Sporting division is requested at the first relevant Ranked action, not during account registration.
    • Invited players without an account can claim their place in a result on Web, iPhone and Android.
    • Claiming recovers after an expired session and completes automatically when identity is already confirmed.
    • The organiser can generate a unique claim link for each name-only player slot.
    • The organiser can approve or reject the account claiming the slot.
    • An active claim link can be revoked, and a consumed link cannot be reused.
    • Claim conflicts require explicit review and never change the roster or accounts automatically.
    • A Ranked notification opens the exact match report instead of only the general list.
    • Marking notifications as read stays synchronized and does not accidentally revert to unread.
    • The notification depth expanded through Show More is preserved while the app remains open.
    • Marking one or all notifications as read immediately updates rows and the unread badge.
    • If marking as read fails, the interface returns to the confirmed state instead of hiding the failure.
    • On iPhone, a notification tap is retained after a cold launch or while offline and retried when connectivity returns.
    • On the web, browser push can be enabled, retried or disabled with clear states.
    • Android includes complete notification controls and About information.

    Share Studio for matches and tournaments

    • Match results provide five distinct canonical compositions, each with a clear purpose.
    • Tournaments provide five dedicated compositions: champions, podium, standings, venue and event recap.
    • Full cards export natively at 1080×1920 in vertical 9:16 format.
    • The same result can be shared as a Card, over a photo or as a transparent Sticker.
    • The Venue variant uses the court’s real coordinates and displays Apple Maps or OpenStreetMap attribution.
    • If the real map cannot load, the user receives a clear message and can retry.
    • Streets, venue and the PadelGod pin remain part of the map-led composition in Card, Photo and Sticker modes.
    • Stickers retain true transparency, while the preview uses a checkerboard to make it visible.
    • Photo mode applies a dark treatment that keeps score and text readable over the selected image.
    • Long doubles names first try one line and fall back predictably to two lines in the score table.
    • A partial set is explicitly marked so the card does not present it as completed.
    • Padel/Tennis and Ranked/Friendly labels use distinct sporting icons rather than text alone.
    • The app icon and PadelGod wordmark are optically centered and have matching visual presence on iOS and Android.
    • The iOS preview supports horizontal swiping with page snapping, haptics, edge resistance, Reduce Motion and VoiceOver.
    • Variant title, page number and indicators remain studio controls and are not embedded in the exported image.
    • The iOS preview keeps only the current page and its neighbors in memory for smooth swiping between large images.
    • Fitness cards appear only when the result has real values from the session attached to that exact match.
    • Duration, average/maximum heart rate, active calories and intensity are presented in a centered Fitness grid.
    • The V4 Card background uses the larger court with the original perspective; Photo and Sticker do not receive this opaque background.
    • Only the score area uses a visible panel, with greater transparency over photos; other information stays compact and unboxed.
    • Inside the score table, every player stays on a separate row for quick reading.
    • In doubles matches, winners can appear together with & when space allows.
    • Individual tournaments keep players on separate rows, while team tournaments preserve pairs as teams.
    • Cards can represent manual, tied or incomplete scores and one to five sets without inventing a winner.

    Strava

    • Strava can be connected or disconnected from Connected Apps on Web, iPhone and Android.
    • Connected Apps clearly shows connecting, connected, reconnect-required and unavailable states.
    • Strava authorization opens in the system browser, and PadelGod never sees the Strava password.
    • Automatic Strava sharing is off by default and must be enabled explicitly.
    • Strava exports omit partner and opponent names and do not use private Health data.
    • Disconnecting stops future sharing without deleting activities already published to Strava.
    • Automatic match sharing to Strava has its own separate control.
    • Returning from Strava authorization lands back in Connected Apps through the app’s verified link.
    • A saved Padel match can be manually sent to Strava from its report, including an older match.
    • The report shows export status, allows retrying and opens the confirmed Strava activity.
    • The score is formatted vertically in the activity description for readability.
    • Manual export includes time, duration and score without private heart-rate series from Apple Health or Health Connect.
    • Short but valid activities are no longer mistaken for abandoned exports.
    • Duration sent to Strava uses the fitness session assigned to that exact participant and match.
    • Manual sharing is discoverable from the profile, history and match report.
    • Strava accepts only completed matches with a meaningful sporting score and explains why a result is not eligible.

    This historical build predates the public launch. The current release installs directly from Google Play.

    New across every platform

    • Home and navigation have been redesigned: see your rating, latest-match change, playing streak and recent results faster, while live scoring stays within easy reach.
    • The keyboard once again dismisses naturally when you tap outside it, scroll, change sections or leave a screen.
    • Live scoring is fluid again, with clean number animations and no labels covering the scoreboard.
    • History and profiles are easier to read. Older venues were corrected, partner clubs use the right name and map pin, and nearby clubs remain distinct.
    • Tournaments include the full schedule, courts and resting players, standings, statistics, TV mode, podium and complete match history.
    • Guests can claim their place by link or QR without duplicates, while organisers can safely correct scores and permitted settings.
    • Pairs and groups are clearly distinguished, and city selection uses a verified list of locations worldwide.
    • The photo editor adds rotation, straightening, flipping and reset, while vibrations and haptic feedback can be controlled from one setting.

    Specific to iPhone and Apple Watch

    • Text fields respond immediately on the first tap, without the stall that delayed the keyboard.
    • Launching and returning to the app are faster, while the Apple Watch scoring experience remains unchanged.

    Specific to Android

    • The Android release includes natural keyboard dismissal and the same fluid score animations as iPhone.

    On the web

    • You can claim guest entries, control result visibility, manage your account and find help, rules and privacy information more easily.

    For clubs

    • Booking and cancellation messages include clearer contact details, while client management, history, search and export have been improved.

    July 2026 · builds 196+
    • Player search everywhere: find any account by name or username, not just people you follow. Friends come first, the same in the final score, the scoreboard, team setup and tournaments.
    • Friendlier friendly matches: enter any score, tied sets included, and it's saved as a draw if everything ends level. Ranked matches stay strict (every player with an account, complete sets, a clear win), so the ranking stays fair.
    • Even better tournaments: settings fully rethought, with big in-page buttons and direct editing of the name, slots, courts and rounds. Add guests one after another, and replace a guest with a real account in a single tap.
    • Confirmation when removing a player or a team, an action history grouped by participant, complete podiums (partial ones too) with head-to-head tie-breaking and better Americano schedules.
    • Smarter locations: a place that already exists as a club shows once in search, with the club's correct name and position, instead of being duplicated by a map entry.
    • Scoring details: match duration to the exact minute, clear limits on the number of sets and warnings for unusual scores.
    • Profile, notifications and Apple Watch: a refined activity heatmap, better notifications and score entry, and the watch no longer keeps showing a match in progress that had already finished.

    • The full tournament schedule, visible from the first moment: a new Schedule tab in the app, a dedicated manager card and every round on the public page - who plays with whom, on which court, who rests, with each round's status.
    • Tournament settings, reorganized: big buttons right in the tournament page instead of a hidden menu. Quickly edit the name, slots, courts and rounds without extra dialogs, add guests one after another, get a confirmation when you remove a player or a team, and see an action history grouped by participant.
    • Automatic Americano rounds are perfectly equal: everyone plays exactly the same number of games, and small groups cover every partner pair. The form shows the exact rounds and games per player.
    • Open scoring: active participants with an account enter and correct scores directly, with no confirmation. Choose Organizer, Confirmed or Open, switchable at any time.
    • Editing after start: rename the tournament any time, and Mexicano lets you change slots and courts mid-tournament.
    • The live standings now show everything the final ones do: games, wins, ties, losses, points for/against, difference and win rate.
    • Faster scoring on the web: one side auto-fills from the other, Enter saves, walkovers get a dedicated checkbox.
    • The tournament handbook: a new page explaining every format and every setting, in depth.
    • Apple Watch: the match-in-progress card no longer sticks on Home after a match finished on the wrist in a weak-signal spot.

    July 16, 2026 · builds 183-186
    • A new, simple sign-in: one tap with Apple or with Google (new!). Prefer email? It's still there, below. We only ask for the details we need right after.
    • Team Mexicano (new): play the whole tournament with your fixed partner, with opponents picked every round from the team standings - leader vs 2nd, 3rd vs 4th. At creation you simply choose Individual or Teams.
    • King of the Court, consistent everywhere: fixed pairs now show as pairs (Kings of the Court) in standings, on the public page and on TV, and creation checks the exact rule early: at least 12 players, an even count, at least 3 courts and no more than one pair sitting out.
    • Fairer tournament standings: playoff games no longer alter the group standings, and the champions are the winners of the final, not the points leaders.
    • An end-of-tournament recap: when it's over, the TV screen shows the champions, the podium, the biggest win, the closest match and the total points - and the tournament pages get the same stats.
    • More control for the organizer: edit spots and courts right from the lobby (in the app and on the web), change tournament settings after creation, and confirm or reject player-submitted scores.
    • Tournament creation is now atomic: every setting (final, player scoring, timer) is saved together - no more half-configured tournaments.
    • Web tournaments, on par with the app: a Discover tab with all the filters (distance, format, sport, date, free), the friends you play with most appear first when inviting, multi-select invites, a join button and a mini-map of the chosen location.
    • The teams championship final gets its own card and can be configured after creation too; time suggestions at creation start from your actual local time.
    • Plus fixes: custom rounds kept when duplicating an Americano, withdrawing a pair removes both teammates, and the custom-interval timer no longer collapses.

    • A complete social feed: post text, photos or match results, with likes, comments, comment replies and emoji reactions. The feed now has its own tab, next to Home.
    • A new post card: photo and match as one symmetric block, with 1-2 preview comments and a 'View all' that expands in place; tap the match to open the full report, and photos now sit on a CDN (faster).
    • Tournaments 2.0: alongside Mexicano, Americano and King of the Court, you now get fixed teams and a knockout championship final (quarters, semis, final).
    • TV mode: put the tournament on any club screen, with live standings, an animated bracket and a join QR.
    • A round timer synced across every screen (phone + TV), with a preset or custom interval and an alarm when it ends.
    • Reserves and late players: whoever misses a spot is promoted automatically, and players who arrive late are added on the fly (Mexicano).
    • Scores sent by the players themselves (optional): each court sends its own score, opponents confirm it.
    • An individual final for Mexicano/Americano, optional ranking-based seeding, and a flexible Americano (play as many rounds as you want, with pairings and rest rebalanced).
    • Run tournaments from the browser too, on padelgod.ro, inviting account players, not just guests.
    • Your web account area is now a full dashboard: profile, matches, ranking and tournaments, with an activity heatmap, a rating chart, profile editing and mobile navigation.
    • A full profile-photo editor: zoom, pan, rotation and flip, at upload and afterwards.
    • A faster launch: we removed an up-to-30-second stall on slow networks.
    • A Sport filter (Padel/Tennis) for clubs and a 'Where you play most' shortcut when you open a match at a location.
    • Dozens of fixes: correct navigation between matches, posts open from your profile with their comments, clubs show a map and directions (Google Maps/Waze), plus better Apple Watch sync.
